The agreement that governs your purchase of the Aim Studio deck and your use of the Aim Studio app.
- Buy the deck, license the app — both for personal gaming on hardware you own.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel; access runs through the paid period.
- Products are provided as-is, within the limits the law allows.
By purchasing the Aim Studio deck or using the Aim Studio app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
The Aim Studio deck is a pure HID hardware device. The Aim Studio app is licensed, not sold. You may use both for personal gaming on hardware you own.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of any game or platform you use the products with.
App subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
The products are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aim Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
